BIOGRAPHY

Robin Huw Bowen is Wales' best-known triple-harpist and has for many years travelled the world as full-time ambassador for Welsh tradional music.

Stephen Rees first came to prominence as a teenage member of the group Ar Log, before persuing an academic career as music lecturer at the University of Wales, Bangor.

 

Andy Mclauchlin hails from Hemel Hemstead , but has played a prominent part in the musical life of North Wales for many years, playing a variety of instruments in folk groups and dance bands.

With Robin and Stephen, Andy was a founder member of the Traditional Welsh Instrument Association, which is doing a great deal of work in promoting interest and excellence in this field.

Huw Williams is Wales' foremost exponent of the art of step (or clog) dancing and is the author of the only book published on the subject. He is also well-known as a singer-songwriter and part of the folk duo Huw and Tony Williams.
